Ox Bile + Lipase

Ox Bile + Lipase is a two-ingredient food supplement: purified ox bile extract and lipase, the enzyme that breaks fat down once bile has emulsified it. Bile and lipase do two different jobs, and fat digestion needs both.

It is made for people who feel fat sitting in them — after gallbladder removal, on a high-fat or ketogenic diet, or when heavy meals reliably lead to loose stools and an uncomfortable evening.

Each serving is 500mg ox bile extract and 6,000 FIP lipase across two capsules, in a hypromellose vegetable capsule shell. No magnesium stearate, no colourings, no anti-caking agents. That is the entire formula.

How to take: two capsules with your largest meal of the day, at the start of the meal rather than after it. If you eat two large meals, one capsule with each. One bottle is a 30-day supply.

Ox bile is bovine-sourced. The capsule shell is vegetable, the contents are not.
